How do we truly thrive with others—especially in spaces that were not built with us in mind?
This roundtable invites BIPOC nonprofit professionals into an honest, heart-forward conversation about what it means to Thrive Together. This session will explore the cultural, emotional, and structural conditions that allow us to move beyond surviving—and into sustainable community, collaboration, and growth.
Through a series of thought-provoking questions and peer dialogue, professionals will reflect on their lived experiences and share what thriving looks and feels like across different identities and roles.
Come ready to connect, challenge assumptions, and help shape the future of how we build with—and for—each other.
Please note: This roundtable is intended for individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
Meet the presenter:
Maya Tucker, SHRM-CP, is a strategist and communicator who doesn’t just teach best practices—she introduces next practices. She supports program and experience design at The Collabatory, a startup where changemakers come to build strategy, shift systems, and design community change—with purpose and people at the center. Maya brings clarity, structure, and intention to every space she enters—helping ideas turn into action, culture into impact, and collaboration into transformation.
