The session will be presented by Arden Pearson. Arden will examine the unique issues members of the LGBTQ+ community face during family planning, divorce, and other family court scenarios. Participants will learn how to protect parental rights for non-biological parents, understand common issues LGBTQ+ couples face in family court, and how to help families prepare for harmful anti-LGBTQ litigation that might affect LGBTQ+ families.
