The Dream Factory of Kansas City is fortunate to have a strong network of volunteers and supporters who never cease to amaze in fulfilling even the most challenging dream requests. We encourage our volunteers to bring their unique talents and interests so that their experience will be just as personally rewarding as it is for the children we serve.

As an all-volunteer organization, our volunteers are the heart of advancing our mission of serving children.

We are currently seeking passionate individuals interested in joining a Board of Directors that works hard and has significant impact on the lives of critically or chronically ill children in Kansas City and the surrounding areas (15 county coverage area). The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and operations of the organization. Current openings include: Director of Fundraising & Grants and Vice-President.
