Job Summary: This critical role is responsible for overseeing a wide range of financial functions, including record keeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures while working collaboratively across departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the creation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts; track actual performance against targets.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.

Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow operations, process payments, and ensure liquidity needs are met.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, internal controls, and accounting standards.

Payroll Processing: Assist with timely and accurate payroll administration.

Tax Preparation and Audit Support: Collaborate closely with the outside firm to provide all needed information for the successful completion of annual audit and tax return. Support the preparation of tax returns and relevant documentation.
