POSITION SUMMARY The Institute for Community Alliances (ICA) is a nonprofit organization and a recognized leader in the administration of Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS). Since 2014, ICA has managed Missouri's HMIS, a web-based database utilized by over 140 organizations across the six Continuums of Care (CoC) to gather data on households experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
