Office Manager

TeamSmile seeks a part-time (20 hours per week) Office Manager that will handle a variety of office duties for TeamSmile.The Office Manager will act as the primary office contact, in the office from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  They will handle insurance policies, orders, maintain the staff office calendar, pay all bills, coordinate expense reimbursements, deposit checks, order supplies, handle mail deliveries, serve as the contact for the landlord, IT, and other duties as assigned.  We are
