About Us

We provide quality person-centered planning, advocacy, community resource navigation, service coordination, benefits counseling, for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families. Our flagship services focus on transition planning for teens/ young adults and their parents to ensure a smooth transition process into adulthood. We also support families in the appeals process who receive denials from their regional office for services. We provide 1:1 coaching and group trainings in the KC Metro area and beyond.
