Rockhurst University Campus - Receptionist

This is a volunteer receptionist opportunity at Catholic Charities of Kansas City - St. Joseph's new Rockhurst office, assisting clients as they come through the doors, who are looking for social services. This office is located at 5151 Troost, Suite 100, Kansas City, MO 64110. Parking garage has six assigned spots for our staff and volunteers. St. Francis Church is located across the street from this office location.

Shifts Available

Monday – Thursday – All shifts available each day of the week. Our offices are closed on Fridays.

8:30 am – 10:30 am

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

12:30 pm – 2:30 pm

2:30 pm – 4:30 pm

 

Select the day/shift that works best for your schedule. Ideally, we would have volunteers covering 4-hour shifts but want to provide you the flexibility of 2-hour shifts if needed to fit your schedule.

 

Requirements

• Prior experience working with the public; customer service skills.


• Computer skills/experience.


• Rockhurst University students are welcome to volunteer in this role.
