Job Title: CDS Corrections Specialist

Join our team as a CDS Corrections Specialist! You'll be responsible for making timely corrections in the Ascend database, handling phone calls, emails, and voicemails, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll also act as a backup advocate on duty when needed.
What You'll Do:
- Input time corrections electronically, over the phone, or in person.
- Stay logged into the Ascend database and corrections email.
- Return voicemail messages daily.
- Retrain on policies related to time and corrections.
- Share corrections info with CDS, Payroll, and Billing teams.
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Meet correction deadlines.
- Attend meetings and trainings.
- Maintain regular attendance.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
Bonus Points:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Data entry experience.
- Knowledge of community services.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
- Experience with individuals who have disabilities.
